Customer metadata is fully isolated within its own dedicated instance. Everything is encrypted at rest, and designed with a defence in depth approach.
No Direct Access To
Customer Data
Crawlers that get metadata from customer systems are decoupled from the Metaphor SaaS service, and can be fully controlled by customers. Metaphor does not ever have access to customer systems or data.
